There are a ton of great cookbooks, but these are my favorite Cooking for Two Cookbooks. Do you really want to hassle scaling the recipes yourself ? Would you prefer the old-fashioned and tactile feel of flipping through those crisp pages to find the perfect recipe? Or, if you like the convenience of digital most of these are also available for the Kindle.
Anyone who know me, knows I love cookbooks and have an embarrassing number of them ranging from the 1940s through today. I even own a cookbook specifically written with "high calorie" recipes, that one is kind of scary but my gosh those recipes are tasty. For homestyle recipes, I love the down to earth old Church recipe booklets.
The cookbooks I've listed below are all great and it would be hard for me to pick a favorite, kind of like picking your favorite child.
These Cooking for Two Cookbooks are available to purchase and still in print. Really I hate finding something that sounds so great then can't find it anywhere!
Here at A Weekend Cook, I post mainly smaller recipes scaled down for 2-3 people.
