These spices are combined to make a great Cajun Spices for Chicken Rub. My Poultry Rub is so easy it really doesn't need much explanation, just mix it up and rub it on the poultry. I use this often as an easy way to give Chicken an extra flavor boost.
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix.
- Store any unused spice rub in a small jar with a tight-fitting lid and store it in a cool dry place.
If using immediately, rub on the skin and under the skin. Refrigerate chicken for 2-3 hours before baking, broiling, or grilling.
If you will be mixing up your own spices these are nice and simple jar labels.
