Yogurt Smoothie

A tasty yogurt fruit smoothie that's ready in minutes.


  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 3/4 cup 2% milk
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Add-In ingredients (select one or more )

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries


  1. Cut up the fruit and combine all ingredients in a large measuring cup and blend with an immersion blender until smooth.


If using frozen fruit you can skip the crushed ice.
