Quarter Sheet Pan
The perfect size for small ovens and the smaller size is perfect for sheet pan dinners for two. These versatile sheets pans get a ton of use in my kitchen. I suggest two.
Muffin Tin
The best baking pan for making muffins, period. The 6 well pan is sturdy and has even heat distribution. I've used this pan in my regular oven and my toaster oven and have great results with both. Made in USA.

Cast Iron Griddle
I don't why it took so long for me to pick one of these up. The 10.5-inch size is perfect for making grill cheese, seared steaks, eggs, pancakes, you name it. Made in the USA and the price can't be beat.
French Oven
This is the most used piece of cookware in my kitchen. Cooktop to oven and it even fits inside my Breville Smart Oven. The curved bottom makes this the perfect pot for soups and stews.
Roasting Pan
A smaller roasting pan that fits in my small apartment size oven. Mauviel is a quality french manufacturer of cookware that I trust and own several of their cookware products. Made in France

Spatulas made in the USA are hard to find. This company has a wide variety of colors to choose from. The sptulas are made very well and will stand the test of time. I have this spatula and a mini set
Chefs Knife
An exceptional budget-priced Chefs knife, I've had mine for about 15 years and it's still a favorite of mine.
Dough whisk
I bake manual whenever I can and this is great for mixing up small batches of dough.
Cookie Scoop
Accurately portion out muffin batter, cookie dough, or ice cream. I have two sizes and these scoops are made well and have a smooth release. Made in Italy.

Ghiradelli has been my go-to baking chocolate for years. The chocolate is smooth and the flavor is clean and has rich chocolate flavor.
Espresso Powder
