Easy  Pear Tarts  for Two



½ sheet puff pastry 2 ounces cream cheese 1 tablespoon sugar 1 egg white ½ teaspoon vanilla extract 1 fresh pear cinnamon sugar

Use the package instruction to thaw a half sheet of frozen puff pastry.

Coat two 4-inch tart pans with vegetable oil spray. Arrange the thawed pastry in the tart pans.

In a medium bowl mix together the cream cheese, sugar, egg white, and vanilla until smooth.

Divide the batter between the two tart pans.

Top with sliced pears and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake at 350°F for 15-18 minutes.
