Pear  Sauce

start with fresh pears a little bit of apple juice.

peel,core and slice the pears in half. Place cut side down and bake at 350°for 35-40 minutes

transfer the baked pears to a measuring cup

use a wooden spoon to mash the pears.

add the apple juice and use a whisk to smooth out the sauce.

store the pear sauce in a small mason jar. Serve warm or cold.
