refrigerated pie crust 100% Pumpkin Puree sugar ground cinnamon ginger nutmeg allspice pinch of salt egg milk
Start by preheating the oven to 325°. In a medium bowl combine all ingredients and stir to mix well.
Use a small spatula to mix well until you have a nice creamy consistency.
Line a four inch tart or pie dish with the refrigerated pie crust. Press into place.
Spoon the pumpkin filling into the crust and bake at 325º F for 40 minutes.
