½ pound spaghetti, cooked al dente ½ cup Thai peanut sauce 1 tablespoon peanut butter, melted 1 tablespoon hot chili sauce (optional for added heat) 1 cup shredded cabbage mix 4 green onions 1 teaspoon dried cilantro 1 teaspoon dried basil 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro for garnish

Cook the pasta per package directions, drain and set aside.

While the pasta is cooking chop the cabbage and green onions. Rinse and set aside. Tip: Use pre shredded cabbage

Add the peanut butter to a small bowl. Melt the peanut butter in the microwave, about 10 seconds. The peanut butter should be smooth but not runny. Stir in the peanut sauce and for a little extra heat add the chili sauce.

Place the pasta in a large bowl and mix in the the dried cilantro and basil.l Add the melted peanut butter and chili sauce to the Thai peanut sauce and pour over the spaghetti. Stir to thoroughly coat the spaghetti. Mix in the cabbage and green onions.
