easy deviled eggs

Place six eggs in a medium saucepan and cover with water.  Bring to a boil, remove from heat and cover the pan.  Let sit for 15 minutes.


6 eggs 3 tblsp mayo 1/4 tsp apple cider vinegar pinch of salt 1-2 tsps of paprika

  When cooked, while the eggs are still in the water, tap with a spoon to  lightly crack the shells.  Run cold water over the eggs and peel.

Slice the eggs in half and scoop out the cooked yolk.  Place the yolks in a medium bowl.

Mix all the ingredients together to smooth consistency.

Use a spoon or cookie scoop to fill the egg halves with the deviled eggs filling.

Arrange the  deviled eggs on a serving plate and sprinkle with paprika.

Enjoy this Old fashioned Classic!
