Canned beans never tasted so good! An extra easy pinto bean recipe with fresh cilantro, onion and chopped jalapeno.

Ingredients

(15 ounce) pinto beans
drained and rinsed
1
can
(10-ounce) rotell tomatoes with chiles
1
cup
chicken broth
½
cup
water
⅛
teaspoon
garlic powder
⅛
teaspoon
onion powder
Topping
Fresh cilantro
Instructions
Add all the ingredients into the slow cooker. cover and cook on high for 2 hours.
Remove about ½cup of the beans and add to a small bowl, mash the beans using a fork and stir back into the slow cooker. Continue cooking for another 15 minutes.
