Individual French Bread Pizza
A layered, flavor-packed garlic bread that starts with a garlicky base, gets topped with gooey cheese, and finishes with a buttery cracker crunch. The sauce goes on after the cheese melts, so every bite stays crisp, not soggy.

Ingredients
1
mini French bread loaf
sliced lengthwise
1
tablespoon
olive oil
1
clove
garlic
minced
¼
cup
mozzarella cheese
or your preferred pizza cheese
2
tablespoons
pizza sauce
8-10
slices
of pepperoni
2
tablespoon
crushed butter crackers
⅛
teaspoon
Italian seasoning
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Place the bread half, cut-side up, on a baking sheet.
Stir in olive oil and garlic together. Brush evenly over bread.
Place the mozzarella cheese on bread half. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese melts and the edges of the bread start to crisp.
Spread pizza sauce over the melted cheese base. Arrange pepperoni slices over the top.
Mix crushed crackers with Italian seasoning, then sprinkle over the pepperoni for a crispy topping.
Bake again for 6-8 minutes until the pepperoni edges curl and the crumbs turn golden.
Let cool 2 minutes.
Notes
Toast the bread first: A quick pre-bake keeps the base crisp once the toppings go on. No soggy centers!
Go light on the sauce: a thin layer gives flavor without weighing down the loaf.
Chop toppings small. Smaller pieces cook faster and stay in shape.
Use high heat: French Bread Pizza loves quick, hot cooking-450°F gives you gooey cheese and crisp edges.
Finish under the broiler: broil for 1-2 minutes, then add golden, bubbly cheese.
Let it rest before slicing; you will get cleaner cuts.
