Ingredients

cup
arugula
packed, stems removed

roma tomato
slice thick

mini mozzarella ball sliced thick

fresh basil leaves

tablespoon
extra virgin olive oil

teaspoon
balsamic glaze
Instructions
Arrange the Arugala on a serving plate and top with the sliced tomatoes. Season with a bit of salt and pepper.
Top each tomato slice with a mozzarella slice and basil leaf.
Sprinkle the olive oil over the salad.
In a small bowl heat the balsamic glaze for a few seconds in the microwave and drizzle on top of the salad.
