This creamy fruit salad features a medley of green grapes, strawberries, granny smith apples, and tropical mangoes, all brought together with a luscious dressing made from cream cheese, sour cream, cream, and condensed milk. Topped with sliced almonds for a nutty crunch.

Ingredient Notes

  • Green Grapes: Choose firm, plump grapes that are free from wrinkles. Their crisp texture and sweet-tart flavor add a refreshing pop to the salad.
  • Strawberries: Look for bright red, fully ripe strawberries with a sweet aroma for maximum sweetness and a juicy texture.
  • Granny Smith Apples: These apples are known for their bright green color and tart flavor, which balances the sweetness of the other fruits. Choose firm apples with a vibrant color.
  • Mangoes: When selecting mangoes, press gently to check for slight softness, indicating ripeness. A ripe mango provides a rich, tropical sweetness that enhances the overall flavor of the salad.
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk: You can easily make your own for less money and no waste. Check out my recipe for homemade sweetened condensed milk.

Storage Tips

For best results, enjoy the salad soon after preparation to maintain the freshness and crispness of the fruits. If storing, keep in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to two days. Stir gently before serving to redistribute the creamy dressing.
