Ingredients
- ½ cup green grapes cut in fourths
- ½ cup strawberries diced small
- ½ cup granny smith apples diced small
- ¼ cup mangoes or other tropical fruit diced small
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 6 tablespoons cream
- ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
Instructions
- Cut all the fruit into small, bite-sized pieces and combine them in a medium size bowl.
- In a blender, add the cream cheese, sour cream, table cream, sweetened condensed milk, and evaporated milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the blended cream mixture over the fruit and stir gently until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle in the sliced almonds and stir lightly to combine. Chill for a few minutes and serve.
Notes
- You can add more nuts of your choice or different fruits.
- Cut fruit into bite size pieces and select fully ripe fruits.
