  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup shredded cheese

Instructions:

Instructions:

  1. Heat the oil in small skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the hash brown and Tarragon.
  3. Cook until brown on each side.
