Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • ¾ teaspoon lemon juice
  • ¾ cup fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup crushed graham crackers crumbs
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, blend cream cheese until smooth. Stir in Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice and vanilla. Mix until creamy.
  2. Spoon a layer of graham crumbs.
  3. Add a layer of cheesecake yogurt.
  4. Spoon on blueberries.
  5. Repeat layers as space allows. Top with a few fresh blueberries, a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs.
